The business health check will provide you with an objective assessment of the health of your business/ area of your business, by benchmarking you against your competition using a number of criteria, including  key operational metrics, organisation structures, operational processes, IT support for the business.

We will produce a health check report which will comprise a critique of your business/ business area against the benchmark criteria; a series of recommendations aimed at delivering improvements, a road map for implementing the improvements, a business case in support of implementing the recommendations.
