IT Health Check
Our IT health check provides a structured and objective assessment of the effectiveness of your IT department in supporting the needs and requirements of your business now and looking to the future.
We will review; the current IT strategy; IT organisation structures, roles, and skill levels; standards and methodologies used within IT; the key software applications supporting the business; the robustness of the technical architecture that underpin the applications, and the overall cost of IT within the business.
We will undertake a user survey in order to assess the level of satisfaction with the current IT systems, and to identify the key issues that the users currently experience in using the systems.
The health check report will provide a critique of IT by benchmarking each area reviewed against industry best practice, together with a series of practical recommendations for delivering significant improvements in the form of tactical quick wins and longer term strategic initiatives.
Our systems selection service ensures that you select the most appropriate solution to meet the specific needs and requirements of your business and in conjunction with our programme and change management service will ensure that the system is implemented successfully, in line with agreed functionality, budget and timescales without causing major disruption or risk to the business.
Our service covers; business requirements definition; production of a request for technology (RFI) document; provision of a shortlist of solution providers to receive the RFI document; management of the RFI response and evaluation process and contract negotiation.
